Message: A well stocked and convenient home improvement store with great employees! I tend to visit fairly often for various projects and have always found this store to be well stocked, the employees are helpful, and I'm usually able to get in and out with whatever I need fairly quickly.. Also, had a great experience on 28 May 23 with a very helpful woman in a Pro vest (wish I'd have thought to get her name) who saw I was obviously hunting something and took the time to escort me to the garage door openers.. especially helpful since they had moved locations in the store!

Message: I love this place. The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone’s so efficient & helpful. Jai in the cabinet handle section helped me out for the door knobs I was looking for and which weren’t there. He was patient; went above & beyond to ensure I get those set aside at another store, after checking in the stock in this store itself. Highly recommended this Lowe’s over other the McKinney one.

Message: Great experience at Lowe’s with Veteran Carl in the lawn & garden section assisting my son and I with new Blackstone grill. Carl sought me out from ‘30 asking is I needed assistance; when does that happen? Carl was knowledgeable about the product, knew where to get just a cover for it and thanked me for shopping there. Message: I try not to go anywhere else for my home improvement needs! I’ve always found this place so easy to get in and out quick. The staff is always willing to help if you need. Everything from lawn and garden to plumbing and hardware. Also, most products are MUCH cheaper than amazon or any other online retailer. But, you can also shop online if wanting the added convenience of pick up!
