Message: I have purchased several pieces of equipment here including a commercial lawnmower. My purchasing experiences have all been good. If they are busy, it is hard to get help though. I have tried to get my mower, powerhead and chainsaw serviced a few times and the wait is always weeks or months. I end up going to another Stihl/Toro dealer instead.

Message: I received a discount coupon from DR Power Equipment good towards a DL XL501 chipper/shredder. Leonard's Farm and Ranch Supply on the west side of Fort Worth, Texas is a DR dealer. I went to their store and they accepted the coupon. They did not have the machine I wanted in stock and told me it would arrive at the store in 2 weeks. It did not. Time went on and no chipper. Mike and Jerry went WAY above and beyond my expectations in hounding the manufacturer about my order. They were repeatedly given new delivery dates and excuses. The machine arrived 3 and a half months latter. Apparently it had been sitting on a ship off of the California coast waiting to be off-loaded. I got a very good price on the chipper. Leonard's assembled and tested the machine at no cost. They were patient when I perstered them and kept hammering away with the manufacturer until it was delivered. I greatly appreciate their dedication to outstanding customer service.
