Message: 1 Star because why isn't there anyone around to help. ? I searched for someone to help me find a piece for my kitchen sink and couldn't find anyone. I went to customer service, and they said the person was at lunch.. 5 stars for Erica and Dewayne.. Then Erica, a fulfillment employee, offered to help even tho she wasn't sure where the item would be. We found the item, and then we found Dewayne, who confirmed I got the right piece I needed. Thanks to them for their great customer service, or else I would've just gone to Home Depot.

Message: Ever since I bought my home over 20 years ago, this was the first do-it-yourself Center that was built nearby. I have shopped here ever since. They have reasonable prices on a wide variety of products. They also have quite a few items on their website which you can easily have delivered to your home. I'll definitely continue shopping here.

Message: We had the pleasure of visiting Lowe's Home Improvement with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. Once we entered the store we were greeted by Mr. Jesus and he was like our personal Lowe's representative the entire time in the store and his actual department was Plumbing. Mr. Jesus was able to answer most of the questions we had. His customer service was exceptional and we will definitely visit Lowe's again and hope to interact with Mr. Jesus. We noticed there were no slip or trip hazards as we walked around the store.. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing".

Message: I went with a friend to buy switches and covers for them, and outlet covers, for his home in Mexico. The switches were rocker types, and some were doubles, some were also 3way, instead of single pole. These aren't basic, and seem to be in short supply down there. We had to visit several locations, to get the needed quantity. The other big supplier didn't carry the style he wanted.
