Message: The store manager David, is a really good guy. Very reasonable and great to work with. The store is well stocked and bathrooms are very clean too. Thanks to David for helping me with the purchase of my welding cart. 10/10.

Message: You are kinda on your own here. The staff isn't that friendly. The ladies seem to care more about your experience.

Message: I love Harbor Freight for the variety of tool offerings and their low prices. Many of their hand tools carry a unlimited lifetime warranty just like high quality brands such as Snap-On, Craftsman, Rigid, etc. do. Others will break after a couple of uses. Definitely not recommended for most people who use tools in their professional trades or commercial applications. But for most DIYer homeowners and occasional users they work fine. Their inventory and store staffing is somewhat unpredictable and can be frustrating at times. But all in all it is a fun store to shop at. Be sure to use the ubiquitous 20% off coupon to save even more. Don't have one? Google "harbor freight" and take a screenshot of the current coupon, then show it to the cashier when checking out to get your discount.

Message: Pros: if you know what you're looking for and can judge quality correctly, then there are excellent deals to be had. Con: somewhat disorganized, and sales bring out long lines. Overall, much better prices than the big box stores if you don't mind giving up the name brands.
