Message: Amazingly inept at even the simplest tasks such as answering the phone and providing quotes. I really wish I could rate the product, but when they can't provide a quote and can't answer the phone (and hang up on me after waiting on hold), it's tough to rate the product. Good luck to ya.. EDIT: To their credit, Binswanger contacted me shortly after leaving this review and providing a quote and schedule immediately. The installation was a short 7 day wait. The installers were friendly and quick and the product looks great. Nice recovery.

Message: These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The work they preform is amazing and clean. Most of the guys seem pretty laid back and understanding. I will always come back to them. Also get some of their foam glass cleaner, it is the most amazing stuff. Heck, I’ll come back just to get more of those bottles of cleaner.

Not only did they help me when they could provide a replacement window, they sent two technicians to my house, evaluated the situation I was dealing with (a broken window hinge), provided a triage to keep out the elements, and after they determined the parts I needed were no longer available, refused payment.. I would refer anyone to Binswanger Glass with confidence.

Message: Outstanding. I tried to find a replacement shower sweep at the big box stores and they referred me to Binswanger. They had a couple of sizes and I guessed wrong (my fault, not theirs). Thankfully, with their Saturday hours, I was able to go in and swap out for the right size without any problem. Additionally, we had a very large piece of glass to cut. Their personnel came out to the vehicle to get it. They cut it while we waited and the price was right too. Great service consistently.
